Here’s a full body circuit for you to try if your ever stuck in a hotel room, or just working out from home with no equipment. Save it and share with someone who travels a lot.

•3-4 rounds total
•12-15 reps or 20-30 sec per exercise
•Minimal rest period between exercises.
•Take 1-2 minutes off between circuits.

The Circuit 👇🏻:
1.Lateral lunges R & L
2.Mountain Climbers
3.Straight leg toes touches R & L
4.Alternating forward lunges
5.Butterfly knee glute bridge
