Amy Williams Instagram – At the start of the day 🌞 this is an example of a super simple, quick to make (3-5min), yet nutritious breakfast you can eat and make, perfect for the kiddies too.

You need:
🍳Eggs – Super nutritious natural multivitamin, B6, B12, Vit D. Good source of protein and fats.

🥑Avacado – Great properties for your brain function, with Vit C,K,E,B6 plus magnesium and potassium.

🫓Wrap – Any variety, I’m using a gluten free one. You could place the ingredients on some rye bread or whole-grain but the simplicity here is wrapping it up and gobbling it down with no knife and fork 🍴!

Optional – cherry tomatoes, peppers, seasoning.
