Amy Williams Instagram – 🔥 Get ready to feel the burn with this 10min 5 leg exercises that’ll leave you sore for a day or two!

💥 Warm-up: Start with a 5min mobility and a 1-2 min jog on the spot or skipping rope to get those muscles firing.

Grab some dumbbells, kettlebell and or a band around those knees. (Equally, you can do this all body weight only).
👉🏻Aim for: 4 Rounds. Work your way down through the exercise.
30sec per exercise, little or no rest, repeat for 10min – extra if you have it and feel good 💪🏻.

1️⃣ Front Squats
2️⃣ Squats with a pulse at bottom.
3️⃣ Alternating Curtsey Lunges
4️⃣ Wide to narrow squats
5️⃣ Reverse Lunge to RDL

👊🏻Cool-down: Finish with some gentle stretching for your legs to prevent stiffness and aid recovery.
