I continue to feel incredible throughout all the changes in my body and the calmness that has swept over my mind since my very first dose of testosterone. Being visible is not always easy—especially right now. The world is awash in misinformation about trans people, and those of us who are public in our transness tend to get a lot of negativity thrown our way. But it’s also an important time because of what’s happening. So, those of us who can be out there continue to do so for those who cannot for their own safety. And yes, for some it is really unsafe. We need to change that. If you are not able to be visible or to be out as trans at all, you are still valid. You are still valued. And I see you. Happy #tdov to all my siblings. I love you.
