Anníe Mist Þórisdóttir Instagram – Only one month to go now 👊DL from blocks from today – stopped at 135kg cause it just felt like enough for today. 

Looking big, feeling just what it looks like…. However it’s not about what the scale says, I’m actually gaining less weight than I did the first time around and most likely that’s also due to loosing a little bit more muscle.  Throughout I have had to adjust my training as well as my nutrition but having the knowledge from last time and @rpstrength by my side knowing I’m fueling enough to grow and maintain strength is the most important. #Knowledgeispower 

More loose in my diet than in season for sure!! But most meals are more or less the same and keeping them bigger in the morning and lunch making sure I’m not crashing at any point during the day 🤝

4x1km C2 bike with 30 sec rest between repeats 
2min rest between rounds
