Our exercise: take the vertical off the rail, circle, then take the vertical off the quarter line. After watching it back I think Elisabeth wanted me to redo my circle because I let him lose his shoulder a bit but overall I am so so proud of this. Rem was in an incredible mindset yesterday — I think he is really appreciating all the freedom he’s finding in his body. 🥹🤌🏼
