1. 😅 Take messy action. Messy action is better than no action. Nothing is going to be perfect the first time but you’re never going to get good at something without being at least a little bad at it first.
2. 🗓️ Create a daily routine or choose a specific time you are going to complete your goal. So, what time are you going to go to the gym? What time are you going to make that healthy meal instead of eating out? What time of the day are you going to do your mindset and personal development?
3. 🥅 Start with an attainable goal. Try to do it every day for one week and after you’ve mastered that, two weeks, and then a month. Do what you need to do until it’s become a habit for you!
4.✅Find a way to write it down or check it off every day so you can physically see you accomplished something. *I don’t know why but physically checking something off feels so good*
