Home Actress Cici Coleman HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers April 2024 Cici Coleman Instagram - Back to basics.. Since January, I’ve been out of the UK and am not in my usual routine. Different beds, bad footwear, and stress have meant some old injuries have made an appearance, which has felt like a setback in my training and messed with my mental state. I’ve put on some weight and lost muscle, which has affected my self-esteem. In the last week, I chose to step away from socials and have had a really present week, doing things for me rather than how it might look on the gram. I’ve travelled to two cities around Oz, met great people, drank decent coffee, laughed a lot, trained every morning, and worked around my injuries. I reached out to some old and new coaches to help me get back on track because these last couple of months have reminded me that we can’t do it all alone. Coaches need coaches, too. If you are struggling with your internal voice at the moment, my advice is to take a week off socials. This allows space for healing, fun, and creativity. When your mind is occupied with everyone else’s lives, you’re not working on your own. Second, move your body. Exercise isn’t going to solve all of your problems, but it is a very good start. Endorphins are free. Some moments in the last week when I remembered to take my phone out.

Cici Coleman Instagram – These pictures were taken 2 weeks apart, and I have to say I’m particularly proud of my progress.

Since January, some Injuries and inconsistencies in my routine have meant my training hasn’t been on point, resulting in weight gain. I got myself in a little mess about it in my head, so in the last two weeks, I’ve prioritised my training and really focused on my nutrition.

While I’m not yet at my ultimate weight or strength goal, these before and after shots demonstrate that with a simple training and nutrition plan, you can see significant results quickly.
