GET THE FUCK OUT OF BED, and don’t do what I’ve been doing for the last week. It messes with your head when you skip a workout, and each session you miss, the harder it is to go back.
I’ve had a shite week mentally, and it impacted my training. I forced myself to do session; it was my best decision all week. It got me out of my head, I felt strong, and I felt proud of myself afterwards.
And if you’re not training, get off your phone, stop scrolling and get out for a walk. You will feel so much better for it.
