Since January, some Injuries and inconsistencies in my routine have meant my training hasn’t been on point, resulting in weight gain. I got myself in a little mess about it in my head, so in the last two weeks, I’ve prioritised my training and really focused on my nutrition.
While I’m not yet at my ultimate weight or strength goal, these before and after shots demonstrate that with a simple training and nutrition plan, you can see significant results quickly.
