Dehenna Davison Instagram – Today Parliament held its first debate on migraine in over 60 years!
With 10 million people in the UK living with migraine, I was so pleased to have been able to secure this very important Westminster Hall Debate today, and welcome so many amazing people to Parliament to watch it from the gallery. A massive thanks to those at The Migraine Trust and National Migraine Centre and everyone who travelled down to play a part in it.
We raised the serious issues so many are facing with accessing effective treatments, and I am pleased that the Minister has agreed to meet me and the two brilliant charities I’m working with to see what steps we can take to improve access. There’s much more to do, but this is a step in the right direction in ensuring the millions of people across the UK that suffer from migraine are able to live a life free from pain. | Posted on 20/Mar/2024 22:17:45
