I TRIED IT SO YOU DONT HAVE TO! This was my 4th time trying the mouth strips and sadly it didn’t work for me 0/10. No difference in colour. The colour corrector serum was a 4/10 because I saw the tiniest difference. Maybe if I leave it on longer than the recommended time it may whiten more? I took on this challenge when I got the all clear from my doctor post hysterectomy. I had so many doubts about starting, I gave myself reasons why I shouldn’t even bother. But I am SO happy I took on the challenge and surprised myself in so many ways!! I also had a cyst rupture during this challenge & still managed to get back into it with the love & support from the @fitazfk team! They are there for you every step of the way. This is a huge accomplishment for me – I’m so proud of how much healthier I’ve become mentally and physically! My entire mindset has changed. The @fitazfk 8 week challenge starts every Monday! It’s all at home workouts on the fitazfk app. The meal plans were so easy to follow and SO delicious 🤤 There are so many different meals to pick from it’s ridiculously amazing. Believe me, if i could do this YOU most definitely can! I also have scoliosis; which is very obvious in these photos 🙃 My back hurt at the very start but the more I strengthened and stretched my abdomen/back area the less my back would hurt. This has given me that push to keep going & not just stop exercising & eating healthy now the challenge is over – Thank you to the @fitazfk team & all the wonderful people who were apart of the fitazfk group chat that I started – you all kept me motivated & I couldn’t of done this without all that support. 🥰
