Fearne Cotton Instagram – A disciplined lifestyle isn’t restrictive, it’s freeing. That’s how dietician and plant-based cook @radhidevlukia feels about the habits, boundaries, and guidelines she’s implemented. They allow her to be in control, rather than outside factors controlling how she lives.

In this chat with Fearne, Radhi explains why committing to something – and following through – increases self-worth as it proves you can trust yourself. Trusting your instincts is something she wants you to be doing more of when it comes to nourishing food in particular. They chat through some practical ways to transition into eating more plant-based food, especially by using spices that invigorate and give you energy.

Radhi’s recipe book, JoyFull, is out now.
Fearne Cotton Instagram – Yesterday was a peach. We got to visit my pal @jonathanyeo studio and pick up my painting.
During one of the lockdowns Jonny painted a few friends over video call and filmed the sittings so we could see his process.
I’ve been a nerdy, mega fan of Jonny’s work for many years and am hugely inspired by the way he uses colour and by his versitle technique.
I’m also obsessed with the parts of Jonny’s paintings that he leaves undone. My translation of those areas of canvas are a nod to the parts of the sitter we don’t know. The parts of the person that they themselves are still discovering.
Yesterday we were all wide eyed taking in so many incredible pieces in his studio. A memorable afternoon and one that has kicked me up the bum to get my brushes out soon. I’ve painted and loved art from a young age and it remains one of the best ways for me to calm my racing mind and feel totally euphoric throughout.
It was a honour to be painted by Jonny and I will treasure this piece for ever.
