Haley Webb Instagram – Meet @art_baraa_faraj, a very talented artist from Gaza whose resilience and creativity endure amidst the horrendous destruction of life by the occupation.
Forced to seek refuge in the Al-Mawasi camp near the Egyptian border, he sketches the daily suffering of his fellow residents, depicting life in makeshift tents under harsh conditions.
Despite losing almost everything, Baraa persists with his art, using the few materials he has left to capture the struggles of the displaced Palestinians.
Filmed and edited by talented cinematographer @hamed.sbeata, who works tirelessly to convey the reality of life in Gaza. This reality follows six months of genocide imposed upon them by the occupation, offering a glimpse into their world through art and film.
