Life lately…trying to enjoy these moments but honestly my stress levels are through the roof (coping with that toddler life). I started clenching my jaw, my usual sessions of “crying it out” isn’t enough and yet (gratefully) I have a wonderful support group. Any recommendations on decreasing stress and anxiety would be greatly appreciated. I’ve already subscribed to headspace and started guided meditation but I need something else.

Can’t take them anywhere @bryangreenberg @alexandrapark1 @jameslafferty. As you’ve witnessed we don’t go out much but @yangbanla was worth stepping out for. Innovative food, nostalgic but fresh, and hands down the best team of people who want to ensure a memorable evening. Thank you Mathew and Sam!
