I’m not one go walking outside too much, for no other reason other than I just don’t think about it. But being outside in the fresh air and taking in the green around is so crucial for our well-being! I felt so much calm and a sense of inner peace just being outside and taking it all in. Think I need to start doing it more now that the weather will be a little nicer (hopefully🙏🏼). Made the start of my day absolutely beautiful, which then carries on into the rest of my day too 💫

When I’m in a rush, make-up in the car is the way forward. Can you relate? I feel like this is the norm more and more for me these days. Had quite a few bits to pack to stay overnight for Sara Davies Birthday party over the weekend, so glam in the car it was for me! Happy Monday! Some #MondayMotivation involving one of my fav self care tips. Definitely recommend using the @newnordic_uk #CollagenShot. I’ve been using it for a while now, had to stop during pregnancy, but started again a few months and I have seen more elasticity and less fine lines on my skin. I tried to find a photo of me before using it to show the difference, and this was the closest I could find. Hopefully after some time of using it, you’ll also feel the difference in your skin. If you want to see results, keep at it. Doing things naturally and safely takes time. ✨
