Home Actress Jazmin Johnson HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers April 2024 Jazmin Johnson Instagram - I was chatting with a woman that I coach, I help her find her femininity and build her confidence. As we went through my on boarding flow, she shared her goals, notes from her journal, all of the work that she’s been putting in to reinvent herself and I was amazed, she was doing all of the right things. As we proceeded to go through my flow, I started to hear more about her mindset, and the mental clutter she was facing. She shared all of the negative thoughts that she struggles with, the way she speaks to herself, and that despite her knowing that it isn’t healthy, her inability to change it. It was hard to hear but I was happy because I knew I could help her. It brought me back to a course I created and taught a few years ago called Mentally Fit. I offered this to a small group of women and I wish I could’ve opened it up to more but I knew that I really wanted to invest intentional time with each woman and I’m only one person. These women dealt with a lot of the same things … overwhelming negative thoughts, self comparison, self sabotage… the inability to move through the uncomfortable feelings to the point they felt stuck. It was almost as though their thoughts had control over their body. I used to struggle with this, I get a lot of thoughts… I still do, but the distinction I’m able to make now is that not all of those thoughts are coming from me. You have to use discernment, and know what is coming from you, and what is coming FOR you 🧿 I created worksheets, videos, and prompts that help you uncover the why and the how when it comes to negative thought patterns. I thought I’d share, because what I’m noticing is that most of us are dealing with a lot of the same mental blocks. My calendar is opening back up soon, so I’ll be accepting clients. If you are struggling now, a quick tip I have for you is … when your feelings aren’t helping you turn them off and stick to the plan. Hope this helps 🫶🏼✨❤️ #confidence #selflove #mentalhealth #women #highheels #reddress #aries #femininity

Jazmin Johnson Instagram – I remember being around the wrong people. People who would question why I’m always so strict on my meal plan or why I can’t just miss a workout one day. Why I won’t have a drink with them, why I can’t make it to their event. People who didn’t understand my vision, but why would I expect them to?

To be honest my vision wasn’t clear, but I knew if I stayed ready I wouldn’t have to get ready. I knew I had dreams, and I know I’m never on my time, I’m on His time. So what happens if that moment comes & I’m not ready? When I say “ready” I don’t only mean the aesthetics of it all, I mean everything. The mindset, the focus, the drive, the discipline all that stuff you guys don’t see …. But you feel it. To me, that is what success looks like, the package.

When you get to a certain level of fitness it becomes mental & that’s when everything shifts. The result of years and years in a cycle of overcoming mental hurdles draws people in because it’s what they see. It’s packaged all pretty but it wasn’t pretty when I was building. Those years in the gym are literally books of knowledge on how to overcome self sabotage. You uncover layers of your mindset you never knew were there. You find your potential & become self reliant 💫

It’s hard to find people that get it, that understand your focus, your drive, your obsession so don’t waste time looking for them. Look for YOU 👀. Live in your purpose and be authentic, people will come and go, never try to control that. Enjoy life and always rely on self, everything you need is within you. Just keep soaring 🧚🏽🤍💡
