2023.
The year everything changed. The days have sometimes been long but the weeks have flown by. This year has been the hardest, most rewarding, most challenging, turn your life upside down one yet and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you 2023, I can’t wait for 2024 and all the joy that you will bring.

9. Slippers.
10. Miss Rachel and dancing fruit.
11. Coffee.
12. The Huckleberry App.
13. Laughing cow cheese.
14. Hakka lolly maker.

Back on your screens together in no time at all! 😍 #WhenWorldsCollide #Hollyoaks
Finding my style again is a right old journey. I’m 40. My body is a completely different shape, as is my brain! My skin feels different, my hair won’t play but I feel more confident in lots of other ways – it’s a wild ride!
It might sound daft but small steps make me feel more in control (when lots of things are out of it) and upgrading my earrings with @helixandconch is only of those little things that make me feel more pulled together.
Baby steps. Literally!

Lately… this week we’ve been struck down by the nasty cold/flu that’s been going around. We’ve both been feeling rotten but the cuddles have been epic. I can’t wait for my little man to be feeling himself again ♥️
The reality of baby led weaning. Mess. So much mess, but look how pleased with himself he is. Sometimes the cleaning up can feel relentless but giving River the freedom to explore, taste, squish (sometimes throw) and be in control of his weaning journey and building a healthy relationship with food is the goal. If you are in the middle of it and feeling tired, stressed and wondering if you are doing the right thing and if anything is actually going in. I see you.
And don’t get me started on water drinking.🫠
Happy Easter!
I have been so excited to share these fabulous photos!
I feel the second one captures a certain little bundle of energy very well!

A heartfelt thank you to 2023 – it truly has been the happiest one of my life ♥️
If you are ever stuck for a Mother’s Day gift this is the ultimate. For the first time since before River was born I had a full nights sleep. Alone. Truly the greatest gift but oh god I can’t wait to get home for cuddles! 💙
A treasure of a day 😊

Today I met with the brilliant Claire @sigmacheshire – we did a load and impact assessment for returning to exercise post natal, strength testing, flexibility, mobility and breathing mechanics and now we are devising a plan so I can get back in the gym, meet my fitness goals safely and give me some much needed me time.
Thank you Claire, I can’t wait to get started!
