I think a lot of moms want to find time to do yoga and exercise but it can be very difficult with little ones & the “no excuse” culture just adds more pressure. So let’s simplify and minimize what qualifies as a yoga practice! Just give your self at least ONE MINUTE, in the morning while your water is boiling or the shower water is getting hot, another minute throughout the day & at night before bed. Those one minutes will stack up & will make a big difference! You’re doing great MAMA!
