✨Mindfulness Reminder✨ This mantra came to me when I was having a “surrender to my knees, pray to God, the universe, my angels for a miracle” moment… I was in my mid 20’s and struggling emotionally, mentally, in the discovery of who I was, my truth, my purpose… and after shedding some tears and letting it all go… This mantra came over me, clear as day… I will always remember that moment as very pivotal to my self-discovery and healing journey. This mantra is a reminder to set aside egoic needs and desires… to step into spirit, into flow & remember who you really are… to remember that nothing comes from us but comes through us ~ Inspiration, insight, wisdom, ideas… we don’t own any of it ~ when we are open enough, we become a VESSEL for it, for creativity, for spirit, for wisdom to channel through… Now, I repeat this mantra whenever I need it. Just one minute of movement is sometimes all you need in the morning. I think a lot of moms want to find time to do yoga and exercise but it can be very difficult with little ones & the “no excuse” culture just adds more pressure. So let’s simplify and minimize what qualifies as a yoga practice!
