When you tell a mom to take time for more self-care that can cause even more overwhelm trying to the time to take the time. It took me a while to find my groove again through my post-partum stage but one thing that has really helped it’s just a moment to slow down and care for my body with self massage & some smell good aromatherapy to pause, take a breathe and calm down the system. I do this every morning, but also through the day and before bed as needed!
