Rachel Hollis Instagram – Started reading this last night and I’m hooked! It’s speaking to so many things that terrify me when it comes to my kids and technology. The data studying the affects social media has had on adolescents is pretty bleak but @jonathanhaidt writes with some direction on where we go from here. This makes me feel hopeful that I won’t eventually need to move us all off-grid and away from the internet to keep us safe 🥴 (I do daydream about it tho) If you’re a parent (or someone who works with, cares for, loves anyone under the age of 20) this is a really important read.
