Maybe not the first book I read on the subject (and definitely not inside EVERY book I read on the subject) but always in books. Great books stand the test of time— they’re just as helpful decades (or even thousands of years!) after they were written. 👀 shout out to the Stoics. If you’re lucky enough to have access to a library you can learn for free. If you go on Amazon you can see ratings on which books in your area of interest are most popular. If you don’t like reading physical books, audio books exist. I have never had a problem in life —in any area— that didn’t have a book (or several) filled with ideas for how to fix it. I 💛 books.
