At the @pnmc_festival I spoke on a panel discussing obstacles as a Latino/Latine/Latinx (whichever you identify with is fine by me). Here’s one: Too Few Roles for Latinos. The Hispanic Population is almost at 20% in the US. But there is nowhere near that number in the rooms, behind the camera OR in front of the camera.
