Shappi Khorsandi Instagram – I am ridiculously proud of myself so posting a vid too. Not allowing clutter to overwhelm me is a daily battle with ADHD and I started to feel so trapped by the mounting collection of books on my stairs, my floor, my bed…It really started to pull me into that pit…it sounds bonkers but the book clutter dominated my thoughts and was bringing up shame and feelings of uselessness…but I mobilised and not feel free!
