Week five of consistently going to the gym and I regret to inform you all that moving your body does in fact improve your mood and overall happiness more than laying in bed all day does.
Also!!! The thought of being anywhere a machine in the gym used to give me the heebie jeebies and now I walk into the gym like I own the place.
We’re eight months out from my goals of having my best body by 30 – let’s see what happens when we hit December!
