This is the person to book when you have trouble trying to communicate what you want because Chloe will just know instinctively what to do. You’re the BEST GIRL in the WORLD Chloe💞 Then we have @kirstiemurphy_ from @charlottetilbury who made me look like I’ve never looked before-I honestly didn’t want to wash my make up off that night. 👏🏻 You came in & worked your magic 🪄 making my teeth look whiter & my eyes pop with the make up you applied -which never felt heavy or cakey.
