Jim Lee Instagram – Anatomy of a wrap around cover. Initially, the plan (or so I believed) was two separate covers that could when placed side by side form one single, double wide image. Then the plan switched to one single wraparound cover which made the right side of this piece the most prominent. So characters needed to be moved around while still creating a balance between the Marvel and DC characters. These kinds of covers can be a real slog, but it was a lot of fun revisiting old friends, drawing costumes from yesteryear and recalling my favorite of these types of crossovers.
