Don’t fall into the trap of saying “I’ll be happy when…”
That forces you to wait for some future moment to be happy.
Wouldn’t you prefer to be happy now?
Well you can… if you just change what determines your happiness.
If you measure your happiness based on all you’ve accomplished from where you started, there will be so many reasons to be happy NOW.
I’m not suggesting you indulge yourself in the past but rather shift your attention to what has made you who you are today!
I challenge you to write down a list of all of your past accomplishments and things you’ve overcome!
