Because yes, there’s absolutely a way to do it and I’ll tell you the whole thing on today’s podcast, which is all about the sauna.
It’s no hyperbole – since the sauna came to live in our house, I’ve never slept better and I’ve been enjoying remarkable improvement in mood.
Every now and then after a podcast, guests will hang out and get in there with me to continue the conversation. It’s a lovely place to chat.
The science behind it is really quite fascinating, so I dug right into it on the show today, the tradition however is equally fascinating so if you’ll excuse my terrible impression of @henrikis I hope you get a lot out of it.
