Patrick Wilson Instagram – We’re a month away from Insidious: The Red Door, so I thought I’d start periodically sharing some pics from the pre-pro/filming/post-pro process. I walked by this photo many, many times at Company3, in Hollywood, while coloring the movie. The significance? Zoom in to the card. This was at the end of filming Angels in America for HBO, 21 years ago… I was there. Mike knew how to celebrate/honor birthdays, so it was only fitting that we gave him a special, splashy one in return. It’s only fitting that the man who gave me a film career should loom large in the making of my directorial debut. I know he’d be proud… And I absolutely can’t help but point out the significance of discussing Angels during Pride Month.
