Carl Weathers has passed away. The Mandalorian star and son of New Orleans was 76 years old. Through every interaction we had with Carl we knew he was a man of honor and had a warm sense of humor lighting up any room he was in. Our most heartfelt condolences to his family.
It is with the heaviest of hearts that we learn of the passing of Mark Dodson. Mark was genuine and funny and the characters he brought to life will always be as iconic as he was kind. Thank you for everything Mark, you are missed.
“Ever since [I was] five years old, I’ve been fantasising about being a Jedi,” Suotamo tells Empire. Haven’t we all! @joonassuotamo as Kelnacca in The Acolyte.

Found this Krayt Dragon Skull out while hiking. Apparently it’s the pelvis of an Armadillo but I’m much happier believing there are tiny Krayt Dragons out there keeping the neighborhood cats in line.
The force was strong in Jackson, Mississippi and Mobile, Alabama as we dropped off $7,576 and $6,810 in Star Wars Toys to the Children’s Hospital of Mississippi and University of South Alabama Children’s and Women’s Hospitals. That’s $46,319 in total donated so far on this trip! All toys donated through our friends at Holocron Toy Store with huge thanks to Penske for donating the truck. All troopers from the 501st Legion and Rebel Legion receive a special Thank You coin from the Mayhew Foundation for their help creating smiles for these kids and families fighting illness and disease. Two final stops today in Florida before our Children’s Hospital tour hops aboard the Millennium Falcon in Batuu for our flight back to Texas!

New Orleans turned out! Yesterday our team started out by dropping $3,243 in toys to the New Orleans Women and Children’s Shelter (who celebrate their grand opening of a brand new shelter in just three weeks, we’ll be back!) then on to the Children’s Hospital New Orleans where we dropped off $6,659 in toys as well – all donated by Holocron Toy Stores. This brings our two day total up to $31,933 in toys delivered with two days more to go before our final stop of this trip in Orlando, FL. Today our first stop is in Jackson, Mississippi before heading to Mobile, Alabama. Thank you to all who help the Wookiee give! Thank you to Holocron for donating the toys, to Penske for the free cross country truck, and to the Boyd, TX Walmart that donated gas money for our journey!

Stop number two meant so much to us because Texas Children’s Hospital is where young Maya underwent her cancer surgery. The amazing surgical team performed a 2/3 liver resection and removed over two dozen active cancer nodules. Maya is doing great, she’s in remission and thriving. The Mayhew Foundation dropped off $11,221 in toys to Texas Children’s today making our day one total $22,031 in toys donated by Holocron Toys that we’ve been able to take to children’s hospitals just in time for the holidays. Thank you to everyone that helped the Wookiee give! Our friends at @PenskeTruck donated the truck and the HWY 81/287 @walmart helped us fill the truck with fuel! Next stop, Louisiana!
