Pumpkin Pasta

Peel and cut 250g Pumpkin
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tbsp Garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp Dried basil
1/2 tsp Oregano seasoning
1/2 tsp Red chili flakes
Mix well
Add the pumpkin cubes
& mix everything well
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Water
Cover & cook for 10 to 15 minutes
Mix well
& purée into a smooth sauce
1 tbsp Butter
1 cup Onion, chopped
Sauté till translucent
Drink a shot of White wine first 😮💨😎
1/2 cup White Wine
Add the sauce to the onions
1/2 tsp Sugar
Black pepper to taste
Mix well
1/2 cup Coconut milk
Mix well
Boil 100g Macaroni
Add the Macaroni to the sauce
& mix everything well
Add Parmesan cheese as much as your ❤️ desires
Look at that 😮💨🤤
Serve the pasta
& garnish with grated parmesan cheese
