Korean Cabbage Toast Shred 1/2 a cabbage Wash & add to a bowl 1/2 cup Carrots, julienned 1 Onion, sliced 1/4 cup Spring onion greens, sliced 1/2 inch Ginger, chopped 1 Green chili, chopped 3 tbsp Besan Salt to taste Crushed black pepper to taste 1 tbsp Sugar Mix everything well Add a splash of water & mix well Melt some butter generously Melt butter onto a pan Add the cabbage mixture Shape it lightly Cover & cook on low flame for 5 minutes Flip & cook from both sides till GBC 🤤🔥 Place it on a toasted bread Pipe some mayo Imli chutney Sriracha sauce & sandwich with another toasted bread Cut & serve Delishaaas 😮💨🤤

Shaam Savera Blanch 2 Spinach bundles & blend them into a thick paste 1 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Jeera 1 tsp Garlic, chopped 1/2 inch Ginger, chopped 1 Green chili, chopped Sauté till fragrant Add the Palak paste Salt to taste 1 tsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder Mix well 1/4 cup Roasted besan 1/4 cup cashew powder Mix well & cook till thickened Look at that 🤤😮💨 For the gravy 1 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Jeera 1/2 inch Cinnamon stick 1 Bay leaf A few black peppercorns 3 Green cardamom 1 Black cardamom 1 tsp Garlic, chopped 1 inch Ginger, chopped 1 Green chili, chopped 2 Onions, diced 5 Tomatoes, diced 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Red chili powder 1/4 tsp Haldi powder 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder Salt to taste A handful of cashews 1 tsp Kasuri methi Mix well Add 1 cup Water & cook for 1/2 hour on slow flame Remove the whole spices & blend into a smooth paste 1 tbsp Butter 1 tsp Honey Mix well 2 tbsp Fresh cream Mix well For the paneer mixture 250g Paneer, crumbled 1 tsp Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp Fresh coriander, chopped Mix well & shape them into balls Flatten the Palak mixture & stuff with the paneer mixture. This movie made me fall in love with Indian food all over again and it reminded me of how emotionally we are connected to each other through our recipes. I hope you guys make this Malai Kofta recipe for someone’s Lunchbox too 💓 . . *PANEER KOFTA* Finely chop onions & tomatoes 1 tbsp Ghee 1 tsp Jeera 1 tbsp Garlic, chopped 1 inch Ginger, chopped 1 Green chili, chopped 1 cup Onions, chopped Sauté till translucent 3 cup Tomatoes, chopped 1 tsp Red chili powder 1/2 tsp Haldi powder 2 tsp Coriander powder A handful of cashews (8-10) Salt to taste 1.5 cup Water Mix well Cover & cook for 20 mins on medium to low flame 500g Paneer, grated A handful of coriander, chopped 1 tsp Garlic, chopped 1 tsp Red chili powder 1 tsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp Haldi powder Salt to taste 2 tbsp Cornflour Mix well Take a portion of the paneer Flatten it out Add a few boiled green peas & shape into a kofta Coat them in cornflour (thin layer) Fry in medium hot oil Till GBC 🤌🏻🔥 Once the gravy has cooked Blend into a smooth paste 1 tsp Sugar 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder 1 tsp Kasuri methi powder Mix well 2 tbsp Fresh cream Add the koftas & mix gently Pack the koftas in a dabba Add a note ❤️ Delishaaas ❤️

Please use only 100% natural or organic edible Reetha to add to syrup 🙂 and don’t use excessively! . . Rasmalai For the Ras 1.5ltrs Full fat milk 1/2 cup Sugar 45g Almonds, sliced 45g Pista, chopped Mix & bring to a simmer 2tbsp Soaked kesar 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder Mix well Look at that 🤤😍 🤤🤤🤤 2ltrs Boiled milk 2tsp Vinegar Mix well till the milk curdles Add a few ice cubes Strain the chenna Catches win matches 🕺🏻🕺🏻 Massage the chenna for 10 minutes Shape the malai Add the malai to sugar syrup gently 2tbsp Reetha water & gently boil the malai for 10 minutes Look at that 😍 Dunk the cooked malai in the ras Cool it in the fridge Delishaaas 🤤🤤🤤

Holi Samosa 300g Maida 2 tbsp Ghee 1/2 tsp Ajwain Salt to taste Mix everything well If it comes together it’s perfect 🤌🏻 Add water little by little to form a semi soft dough Cover & rest the dough for 30 minutes in the fridge 1 tsp Coriander seeds 1 tsp Fennel 1/4 tsp Ajwain 1/2 tsp Kalonji Pound everything well into a coarse powder Aloo ❤️ you Wash 4 boiled potatoes 1 tbsp Ghee 1/2 inch Ginger, chopped 1 Green chili, chopped 1/4 tsp Hing Add the aloo A handful of fresh coriander, chopped 1/4 cup Green peas, parboiled Add the Ground masala 1 tsp Bhuna jeera powder 1 tsp Chaat masala 1 tsp Kasuri methi Mix everything well Salt to taste Mix well Look at that 😮💨🤤🔥 Take some of the samosa dough Roll as shown in the video Divide the dough into 2 Apply some water Shape the dough Seal it well Stuff the samosa generously & seal the samosa well Fry the samosas in low to medium hot oil and make sure it’s doesn’t bubble up too much!
