First make the stuffing
1 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tbsp Garlic, chopped
1 bunch Spinach, shredded & blanched
Sauté well
Look at that 🤌🏻
Add to a bowl
2 tbsp Parmesan
🤨🤨
100g Paneer, crumbled
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper to taste
Mix everything well
Now get the papad ready
Blanch 6 Papads
Shock in ice water
Sprinkle semolina on the board
Place the papad and coat and keep aside
Place a generous spoonful of the stuffing
& roll the papad tightly

Baste an oven tray with butter
Place the papad pasta
Spread tomato sauce
Sprinkle parmesan
Bake at 170 degrees C
for 12 minutes
