Waiting for someone to introduce Uttapam Rice pancake in a fast food chain now 🤣 Having said that this Korean Crispy Leftover Rice Cake recipe is pretty cool for extra crispy and delishaaas Uttapams or rice pancakes!

Crispy Scallion Uttapam
50g Cooked or leftover rice
100g Raw rice
140g Water
Blend into a smooth paste
Pour the batter into a large bowl
1 tsp Instant yeast
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tbsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
Mix everything well
& ferment for 45 minutes
Look at that 🤌🏻😮💨
1 tbsp Ghee
A handful of spring onions
1 Green chili, chopped
Sauté well
& spread them
Pour the batter
Sprinkle some podi
Top it off with spring onion greens
& cook till charred on the bottom
Flip & cook on the other side
Till GBC 🔥🤌🏻
Sprinkle podi on the top
Cut as desired
