Holi Samosa
300g Maida
2 tbsp Ghee
1/2 tsp Ajwain
Salt to taste
Mix everything well
If it comes together it’s perfect 🤌🏻
Add water little by little
to form a semi soft dough
Cover & rest the dough for 30 minutes in the fridge
1 tsp Coriander seeds
1 tsp Fennel
1/4 tsp Ajwain
1/2 tsp Kalonji
Pound everything well
into a coarse powder
Aloo ❤️ you
Wash 4 boiled potatoes
1 tbsp Ghee
1/2 inch Ginger, chopped
1 Green chili, chopped
1/4 tsp Hing
Add the aloo
A handful of fresh coriander, chopped
1/4 cup Green peas, parboiled
Add the Ground masala
1 tsp Bhuna jeera powder
1 tsp Chaat masala
1 tsp Kasuri methi
Mix everything well
Salt to taste
Mix well

Take some of the samosa dough
Roll as shown in the video
Divide the dough into 2
Apply some water
Shape the dough
Seal it well
Stuff the samosa generously
& seal the samosa well
Fry the samosas in low to medium hot oil and make sure it’s doesn’t bubble up too much!
Till GBC 😮💨🤤🔥
