Stuffed Palak Patta Chaat
Pluck & wash 250g Baby Palak
4 Boiled potatoes
2 Green chilies, chopped
A handful of fresh coriander, chopped
1 inch Ginger, chopped
1 tsp Bhuna jeera powder
1 tsp Red chili powder
2 tsp Coriander powder
1/4 tsp Haldi powder
Salt to taste
2 tsp Aamchur powder
1 tsp Chaat masala
Mash the aloo 😂
Look at that 😮💨🤌🏻
1 cup Besan
1/2 cup Rice flour
1 tsp Bhuna jeera powder
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Haldi powder
Add water little by little
& form a lump free batter
Look at that 🤌🏻🔥
Take a palak leaf
Spread a thin of the aloo mix
& sandwich with another palak leaf
Dance a little 🕺🏻😂
Dip the palak pata in the besan batter
& fry in hot oil (twice) till GBC 🔥😮💨
Second fry will be in super hot oil
Top it off with Dahi
Meethi & Green chutney

sprinkle some chaat masala
& top it off with some ginger
