Please use only 100% natural or organic edible Reetha to add to syrup 🙂 and don’t use excessively!

Rasmalai
For the Ras
1.5ltrs Full fat milk
1/2 cup Sugar
45g Almonds, sliced
45g Pista, chopped
Mix & bring to a simmer
2tbsp Soaked kesar
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
Mix well
Look at that 🤤😍

2ltrs Boiled milk
2tsp Vinegar
Mix well till the milk curdles
Add a few ice cubes
Strain the chenna
Catches win matches 🕺🏻🕺🏻
Massage the chenna for 10 minutes
Shape the malai
Add the malai to sugar syrup gently
2tbsp Reetha water
& gently boil the malai for 10 minutes
Look at that 😍
Dunk the cooked malai in the ras
Cool it in the fridge
