Saransh Goila Instagram – Filter Coffee Affogato is my new favourite way to eat ice cream and as weird as it may sound I woke up craving affogato but with kismi bar so I decide to make a kismi bar Affogato. It tasted like a middle eastern coffee where they would add cardamom in their coffee! Make sure you keep your cardamom toffee sauce slightly runny and light on butter and cream

Brew a cup of Filter coffee
Eat some Kismi first 🤤🤌🏻
1/2 cup Castor sugar
Melt it on medium flame
10g Butter
3 tbsp Fresh cream
Mix everything well
Look at that 😮💨🤤
1/2 tbsp Cardamom powder
Mix well
Add a scoop of Vanilla icecream
1 tbsp Cardamom caramel
Pour the filter coffee
Mix well
