Episode No. 4 of #FeelsWaleMeals is all about Daliya and how it does not have to be boring and can be a complete meal if you want it to be. Daliya chili bowl
To make the Chokha
3 Tomatoes studded with garlic
3 Green chilies
Charr them well
Peel them
A handful of Coriander, chopped
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Mustard oil
Mash everything well
To make the Daliya
1 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Jeera
1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
Sauté till golden brown
1 cup Dalia, soaked
Add water as required
Salt to taste
Mix well
& cook for 25 minutes on low to medium flame
To make the Paneer chili
250g Paneer, diced
2 Onions, diced
1 Green capsicum, diced
Add paneer to hot oil
Sprinkle chili powder & salt to taste
Shallow fry till GBC 😮💨🔥🤤
Once done remove & set aside
In the same pan add
1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
1 inch Ginger, chopped
1 Green chili, chopped
Sauté till fragrant
Add onions & capsicum
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
1 tbsp Ketchup
1/4 cup Water
Mix well
Add 1 tbsp Cornflour slurry
Mix well
Add the paneer & toss
Look at that 😮💨🤤🔥
Mix sprouts, onions, coriander
with some lemon juice & salt to taste
To a bowl
Add the daliya
Paneer chili
Tamatar ka chokha
Sprouts salad
Serve hot
