Here’s the basics of a sourdough starter…
Starting sourdough from scratch or feeding your starter… it’s pretty much the same thing…
You can always get some starter from your local bakery to speed up the process… oh and filtered water is best!!
I keep mine in the fridge and feed it once a week, or just before I’m going to use it for pizza/bread.
It’s takes about 3 mins once a week to keep it thriving…
