Tim Robards Instagram – I had 2 main goals starting with @onepeloton
1. Not lose my fitness when I’m in the thick of the baby bubble with a newborn, and could I possibly even ‘increase’ my fitness in this time…
2. I wanted to get some low impact kms under the legs, to help my knees without getting bored.
So far I’ve done about 15 classes in the month and I’ve actually really enjoyed it. I’d never promote something I didn’t enjoy or think you guys would benefit from.The music is sick, some good rock and heavy metal classes to balance the pop. But probably the biggest positive for me, is when I’m super short of time, even a 20-minute ride will have me breaking a solid sweat and feeling great when I finish. It’s also been a lot less intimidating to start a workout compared to a run when my knees and back are feeling a little vulnerable.
