Film critics from @hollywoodreporter have put Weekend in its top 50 films of the 21st century.
Just reflecting on this special experience. My first proper acting job. Even when we were filming it and didn’t expect anyone to see it, I knew how lucky I was but I didn’t expect it to change my life in the way that it has.
Thank you to everyone who has contributed to its success by supporting our little film. And thank you to all the thousands of people over the last 10 years who have sent me messages. I’m so moved that the film has helped and touched so many of you. That’s all Andrew and his beautiful writing. I just feel lucky to have been a part of it.
