I spent around 20 days in this beautiful country and honestly it’s so beautiful, affordable and a perfect destination especially for backpackers & solo travellers ✅
So here’s a quick summary of the itinerary and some tips for you so that you can start planning asapppp!-
Day 1 – Arrive in Hanoi
Day 2 and 3 – Head to Cat Ba Islands
Day 4 – Move to Ninh Binh
Day 5 and 6 – Explore the caves of Phong Na
Day 7 and 8 – Dive into the city of lights: Hoi An
Day 9 and 10 – Explore Ho Chi Minh OR
Day 9 and 10 – Fly to Hanoi & bus to Sa Pa to enjoy the village life
👉 10-12 days is a decent time to soak in the beauty of Vietnam but you can stay longer and explore the slow life out there!
👉 November and April is the best time to visit Vietnam as it experiences the least amount of rainfall during this time.
👉 Vietnam is has an E-visa for Indians
👉 Trains & buses are affordable, clean and convenient so you can easily save money on that. Use 12goasia to book
👉 Avg price of one-way flights in April/May 2024 is INR 10-14k but the CHEAPEST month to fly to Vietnam is October priced at JUST INR 6,900 from Mumbai to Hanoi!!😱
