Amanda Gorman Instagram – In all the horror, chaos, and devastation, it is children and families—in Palestine and Israel alike—who bear the bloody burden of a violence they inherited but did not create. Remember at least half of the inhabitants being bombed in Gaza, while currently without food, water, safety or electricity, are children. Remember that Hamas, a brutal, antisemitic terrorist organization, has strategically kidnapped, killed, and assaulted the powerless: countless families and children. The face of war, no matter the parties, is not an aged one, but young, little, and weeping out for us. As @unicef Executive Director Catherine Russell says: “In all wars, it is children who suffer first and suffer most.” If you believe peace and safety is for every child everywhere, donate to @unicef relief efforts.
