Showing you all how to make vigorón, a popular Nicaraguan dish. It’s easy and cheap to make. You can feed an army with $20 and 20 minutes. 🇳🇮
You’ll need:
Fresh cabbage – wash well and cut lengthwise
Chopped tomato
Boiled yucca (easier to buy frozen, not fresh)
Pork rinds
Distilled white vinegar
Salt
Optional – jalapeño, hot sauce, oregano, cilantro

– diced jalapeño pepper 🌶️
– cubed fresh pineapple🍍
– 2 tbs olive oil
– fresh chopped cilantro

I love Miami, people!! I love to start my day with a café con leche. I love the ventanitas throughout the city. And I love to have a glass of wine and watch the Miami sunset, particularly with pastelones on the beach. There’s really only one thing that’s not so great about Miami… 🤣

She really has the most beautiful voice. @lekumiami, one of my favorite Miami restaurants, was in charge of the food. Everything was perfect.
