Autumn Calabrese Instagram – Meet the cast of 3 Day Split, @itsmonicalopez & @dylanfauver 

So excited to have both of these power houses there with me.  Who you surround yourself with matter.  Having people that will make it fun, push you when it’s hard & always support you makes a world of difference in your success.  Yes, success is an inside job, but we all need a little support at times.

3 Day Split is a new program I have coming to BODi in April.  6 workouts total, 3 workouts a week, a mix of light, medium & heavy strength training as well as 1 cardio workout.  I’ve mixed and matched the workouts each week, so while you will repeat workouts, each week of the 4 week program will be a different combination.  Build strength & endurance, challenge yourself with different types of strength training from compound movements to isolated body parts.

While I’ll always encourage people to get movement in each day, I also understand that some schedules don’t always allow for that and you still want a well rounded, laid out program.  This is THAT!

Autumn Calabrese Instagram – Fit over 40, strong core addition

I’m all about a strong core, not just for the way it looks but because it’s so important to our our health. A strong core gives you better posture, reduced back pain, improved stability, better athletic performance, improved digestion, and better functional movement, to name just a few things.

I like to add the mini resistance loop for more of a challenge but if you’re just getting started, try the moves without it first.  Form is more important than adding the resistance.  Perform 2-3 sets of 10-20 reps.  Core work is built into all of my programming but I also add in 5-10 min of specific core training 3xs a week.
