Autumn Calabrese Instagram – Self mastery is a never ending process. Your job is never finished.

You might think when you  finish a workout program you’re done, or you reach a certain weight and think you can be a little more lax in your workouts & nutrition.  You reach a goal & the hard work is over.  The truth is the hard work is just beginning because now you’ve showed yourself what you are capable of which also means you’re capable of even more. 

Every day is a chance to get a little better, to learn about yourself a little bit more.  That is a gift & it’s fun to discover who’s really in there.  Keep peeling back the layers, sharpening your skills & improving.
