Autumn Calabrese Instagram – Dessert for breakfast? Why not?!

My easy apple crisp is full of fiber & fresh ingredients, low in added sugar and delicious! You can enjoy it as part of your breakfast (I’d add some sort of protein like eggs or breakfast sausage on the side to get some protein in as well), or serve it as a dessert.

Autumn Calabrese Instagram – My not so secret weapon for staying fit over 40 is strength training. I use a variety of styles from basic movements with heavy weights, to compound movements with lighter weights. Form is always priority number one, but my mobility and core strength is also very important.

Building and/or maintaining our lean muscle mass is crucial as we get older. Strength training can help with hormone balance, maintaining better blood sugar levels, better bone health, weight management, improved posture & better sleep just to name a few things.
